What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we receive the details you provide — your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company, and message. To respond and to protect the service from abuse, we also record limited technical metadata: your IP address, approximate location (city/country), browser user-agent, the referring page, and a timestamp.
Why we use it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and to prevent spam and abuse of the form. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and keeping the service secure. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How it is handled
Submissions are delivered to us by email through Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES), our hosting and email-sending provider, and are then retained in our mailbox. This website is static and does not set tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data you have sent us, and you may object to our processing of it. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@dpprojects.ro.
